However, further increase in NaCl concentration led to the significant reduction in the contents of Chl a, and Chl b, and increase in the ratio of Chl a/b and Car/Chl a+b. NaCl treatment decreased the PS 2-mediated electron transport activity and contents of various thylakoid membrane polypeptides including D1 protein." @default.
