The phase purity of the sample was confirmed by the X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoemission spectroscopy, and Raman spectroscopy measurements. The temperature dependent dc susceptibility data clearly showed the anomaly related to the ordering of Tb3+ moments as well as an anomaly that may be related to the Néel temperature.
