- W2019995621 abstract "インターフェロン（IFN）とリバビリン（RBV）の併用療法を行っているC型慢性肝炎の患者13例において，副作用である貧血を未然に回避するため，RBV投与前赤血球脆弱度が貧血を予測する指標となり得るかを検討した．投与前の赤血球脆弱度と，RBV投与後4週目の赤血球中RBVリン酸化体濃度には負の相関があり（r=－0.809, p<0.01），投与前脆弱度が低いほど，治療開始後，赤血球中にRBVリン酸化体が蓄積されることが示唆された．また，投与前脆弱度と，投与後4週目までのHb変化率に正の相関があり（r=0.784 p<0.05），投与前脆弱度0.57未満の患者では，0.57以上の患者に比べて4週目までのHb低下率が有意に大きかった（p<0.05）． 本研究により，治療開始前の赤血球脆弱度が貧血を予測する有用な指標となることが示唆された．" @default.
