- W2020121971 abstract "Changes in economic, social and technological environment have resulted in unpredictability of jobs and shifted the interest of scholars from the traditional career to new career models. On the other hand, contemporary scientific literature focused on protean and boundaryless career lacks empirical evidence and support. The presented paper aims to discuss the interrelationships and implications of new career models. The comprehensive analysis of scientific literature has led to the conclusion, that contemporary career models are seen as complementary to each other and the role of organisations remains significant in career management of individuals. The research of the authors contributes to other findings and implies that balanced approach toward career development should be adopted. Šiuolaikinė karjera individo požiūriu: karjeros modeliai, jų sąsajos ir reikšmė Santrauka Ekonominės, socialinės ir technologinės aplinkos pokyčiai sukėlė darbo vietų neapibrėžtumą, o mokslininkai ėmė domėtis ne tiek tradicine karjera, kiek naujais karjeros modeliais. Kita vertus, šiuolaikinė mokslinė literatūra, orientuota į nepastovią / kintančią karjerą ir beribę karjerą, stokoja empirinių tyrimų bei įrodymų. Straipsnyje analizuojamos naujų karjeros modelių sąsajos. Išsami mokslinės literatūros analizė leidžia daryti išvadą, kad šiuolaikiniai karjeros modeliai papildo vienas kitą, o valdant individų karjerą išlieka reikšmingas organizacijų vaidmuo. Autorių tyrimas, papildydamas kitus tyrimus, parodo, kad žvelgiant į karjeros vystymą turi būti laikomasi balanso principo. Reikšminiai žodžiai: nepastovi / kintanti karjera, beribė karjera, tradicinė karjera, karjeros modeliai, individas." @default.
