Compositions close to MnCoSi show antiferro- to ferromagnetic transitions with increasing temperature. MnCoSi and MnRhSi are antiferromagnetic. We briefly compare magnetic properties of the ternary silicides with those of related compounds. Substitution von Ni durch Co und Fe erniedrigen Tc, erhöhen jedoch das magnetische Gesamtmoment. Verbindungen von MnCo1−xNixSi mit x ≈︁ 0,1 zeigen mit steigender Temperatur antiferromagnetische-ferromagnetische Übergänge. MnCoSi und MnRhSi sind antiferromagnetisch. Die magnetischen Eigenschaften der ternären Silizide und verwandter Verbindungen werden miteinander verglichen." @default.
