- W2021542349 abstract "A different technique for narrowing of Mossbauer resonances in crystals is suggested. Similar to high-resolution nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, it uses a combined action of a continuous wave radio-frequency field and a dc magnetic field under a ``magic-angle'' condition. However, the condition itself is essentially different from the one known previously. Moreover, this technique suppresses the contribution of the dipole-dipole interaction to the energy of Mossbauer transition only (it does not suppress the contribution of the dipole-dipole interaction to the energy of individual levels). It works rather well even in the case of relatively strong dipole-dipole interaction." @default.
