The phosphoropiperidate exhibited superior reactivity to the conventional phosphoromorpholidate toward DCI-promoted NTP/NDP synthesis. The experimental results suggested that the mechanism of DCI activation could be distinctive for NTP and NDP synthesis, depending on the different nucleophilicity of pyrophosphate and phosphate." @default.
