From the results, we observed that the efficiency increase slightly before decreasing back at<mml:math xmlns:mml=http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML><mml:msup><mml:mn>100</mml:mn><mml:mo>°</mml:mo></mml:msup></mml:math>C. The highest efficiency was solar cells heated at<mml:math xmlns:mml=http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML><mml:msup><mml:mn>75</mml:mn><mml:mo>°</mml:mo></mml:msup></mml:math>C with efficiency 0.001% which is supported by the I-V characteristics and also by the absorption spectra." @default.
