- W2021583414 abstract "Thermally stimulated recombination processes in both the crystal-fibers and single crystals of lithium–gadolinium orthoborate Li6GdB3O9, were studied using thermoluminescence (TL), X-ray-induced luminescence (XRL), and numerical modeling techniques. XRL-spectra were examined at 90 and 290 K. Glow curves (spectral-integrated and spectral-resolved) were investigated in the temperature range from 90 to 500 K after irradiation with X-rays at 90 K. Numerical simulation was performed by solving the complete system of differential equations of balance. In the framework of the unified model, we carried out the calculations of the recombination processes and interpretation of the results with the involvement of the available experimental data on undoped lithium gadolinium orthoborate in both the crystal-fiber and single crystal forms." @default.
