In the classification and promotion of pupils there is a discussion of ungraded rooms for retarded children and potential failures and for those diagnosed as subnormal or borderline in mentality. It was inferred that such classes are beneficial to the pupils, as well as making for more efficient classification of normal pupils. They stated:" @default.
