- W2022245658 abstract "成熟雄性ラットを8週間にわたり正常食および高コレステロール食(HC:正常食に1.5%cholesterolと0.5%Na cllolate添加)で飼育し，胸部大動脈の血管機能および大動脈を含む数種の組織の病理組織学的所見に及ぼす影響を調べた．1)phenylephrine(Phe，10μM)に対する収縮反応ならびにacetylcholine(1μM)による弛緩反応は加齢とHC摂食で変化しなかった．L-arginine(Arg，100μM)の存在下でも同じ結果を得た．2)Phe収縮反応に対するNO生合成阻害剤NG-monomethyl-L-arginine(NMA)の増強効果として測定したNO放出能は，2と4週間のHC摂食では変化しないが，8週間の摂食で減少した．3)Arg添加時に測定したPhe収縮を増強するNMAのEC50は加齢とHC摂食で変化しないが，Arg存在下に測定したEC50は加齢に従って増加し，HC摂食では変化しなかった．4)8週間のHC摂食ではアテローム性変化などを含む病理組織学的変化は起こらなかった．結果は，ラットでは8週間のHC摂食によって内皮細胞-平滑筋標本にアテローム性の病理組織学的な変化は起こらないが，NO放出を介する血管緊張度の自動調節機能に低下が起こる可能性を示唆する．" @default.
