Behavioural economics provides a framework on the basis of which it is possible to develop a parsimonious model of these conditions and to derive interventions that are applied relatively easily. It is argued that a major part of the deliberate violations of rules and regulations in sociotechnical systems can be explained as a consequence of the disregard of three propositions of behavioural economics by system designers and managers: (1) unclear or conflicting rules or constraints, (2) delayed, ambiguous or missing feedback, and (3) absence of clear priority rules in cases of conflicts between high-level and low-level safety commitments. Quelles sont les conditions de la conformité aux et la violation des règles de sécurité? Les études sur le comportement fournissent un système lequel il est possible d'élaborer un modèle de ces conditions et de dériver des interventions relativement faciles à mettre en pratique. On avance qu'un grand nombre des violations volontaires des règles et de la réglementation commises dans les systèmes socio-techniques peut s'expliquer comme étant la conséquence de la non-observation de trois propositions de l'économie du comportement: (1) des règles ou contraintes mal définies ou conflictuelles, (2) un feedback tardif, ambiguë ou inexistant, et (3) l'absence de règles en ce qui concerne la priorité en cas de conflit. Welche Bedingungen sind dafür verantwortlich, daß man Sicherheitsbestimmungen befolgt bzw. gegen sie verstößt? Die Verhaltensökonomie liefert einen Rahmen, auf dessen Basis es möglich ist, ein sparsames Modell dieser Bedingungen zu entwickeln und daraus Eingriffe abzuleiten, die verhältnismäßig einfach angewandt werden können. Es wird behauptet, daß ein Großteil der absichtlichen Verstöße gegen Regeln und Bestimmungen in soziotechnischen Systemen als Folge der Nichtbeachtung von drei Prämissen der Verhaltensökonomie durch Systementwicklern und Manager erklärt werden können. Diese drei Prämissen sind: (1) undeutliche oder widersprüchliche Regeln oder Einschränkungen, (2) eine zu späte, zweideutige oder fehlende Rückinformation und (3) das Fehlen von deutlichen Regeln in bezug Prioritäten, bei Widersprüchen zwischen äußerst wichtigen und weniger wichtigen Sicherheitsverpflichtungen." @default.
