- W2022553722 abstract "The first experimental results concerning the dielectric properties of V 2 O 5 -1.6 H 2 O xerogel in a broad frequency range (10 5 -10 10 Hz) are presented between the temperatures 198 K and 296 K. The dielectric spectra exhibit four behaviour types: a) a low frequency effect due to the diffusion of charge carriers H + protons; b) two dielectric relaxations due to the two kinds of water: water strongly-bonded and water weakly-bonded to the V 2 O 5 ribbon; c) a dielectric relaxation which would be due to a fast rotation of the H 3 O + ions. One explanation of these mechanisms with respect to the experimental results is proposed Etude experimentale dans une large bande de frequences (10 5 -10 10 Hz) entre 198 et 296 K. Mise en evidence de 4 types de comportement: 1) un effet a basse frequence du a la diffusion des porteurs H + ; 2) deux relaxations dues a de l'eau faiblement ou fortement liee au feuillet de V 2 O 5 ; 3) une relaxation dielectrique qui serait due a une rotation rapide des ions H 3 O +" @default.
