- W2023015246 abstract "ポリアクリロニトリル(PAN)をポリエチレンポリアミンと無触媒高温下で加熱反応させて水溶牲高分子を合成し,カチオン性凝集剤としてのカオリン懸濁液に対する凝集効果を検討した。凝集効果はジャーテストによる上澄液の懸濁質濃度と沈降管による沈降速度と沈降容積について測定した。PANをポリエチレンポリアミンと反応させる場合の反応温度,時間,溶媒量およびアミン濃度が,得られた反応生成物の凝集効果に大きく影響することが認められた。PANO,59をジメチルホルムァミド(40～60ml)に溶解しポリエチレンポリアミンをニトリル基に対して1～3倍モル使用して130～150℃で3～5時間反応させた場合に良好な凝集剤が得られた。得られたカチオン性高分子は赤外吸収スペクトルと元素分析の結果から第-アミド,第ニアミド,イミダゾリン環および未反応のニトリル基をもつことが推定された。ジェチレントリアミン,トリエチレンテトラミン,テトラエチレンペンタミンをPANと最適条件で反応させて得られたものはその清澄効果にほとんど差は認められなかった。沈降速度はカ=オリンに対する使用量がo,016%で最高速度7,2cm/minを示した。" @default.
