- W2023574727 abstract "本研究の目的は，慢性関節リウマチを呈した通所リハビリテーション（通所リハ）利用者を対象に，身体活動量の増加を目標として理学療法プログラムを立案し，その効果をTime Study法にて評価することである。対象は，車椅子両下肢駆動にてセンター内の移動が自立している男性，63歳，身長155 cmである。要介護度は4であり，週3回の通所リハビリテーションを利用している。Time Study法は，介入前後にて，各利用日の来所から帰宅までを1分単位にて行動を記録し，身体活動時間をアプローチ可能時間全体を100％とした百分率で算出した。その結果，アプローチ可能な時間において身体活動時間の延長と休息時間の短縮が認められた。このことから，通所リハでは1日の生活行動パターンを考慮した理学療法プログラムの立案が重要であり，身体活動量の評価は理学療法分野における評価として必要不可欠であると考えられる。" @default.
