- W2023596614 abstract "Mit Hilfe eines Hochtemperaturkalorimeters ist die Änderung δ(ΔH) der Enthalpie beim Vermischen der geschmolzenen intermetallischen Verbindungen GaSb, InSb und AlSb einerseits mit flüssigem Zinn andererseits im gesamten Konzentrationsbereich von 0 bis 100% Sn ermittelt worden. Im System InSb-Sn wurde ferner die Temperaturabhängigkeit der δ(ΔH)-Werte bestimmt. Es wird gezeigt, dass die Konzentrationsabhängigkeit der im gesamten Konzentrationsbereich positiven δ(ΔH)-Werte im System AlSb-Sn weitgehend einem regulären Verhalten entspricht. GaSb-Sn-Schmelzen haben indessen — ebenso wie InSb-Sn-Schmelzen oberhalb ca. 850 K — bei kleinen Zinngehalten negative und bei hohen Zinnkonzentrationen positive δ(ΔH)-Werte. Es gelang, die Konzentrationsabhängigkeit der δ(ΔH)-Werte in SbIn-Sn-Schmelzen anhand eines einfachen Assoziatmodells zu beschreiben. Using a high temperature calorimeter, the change δ(ΔH) in the enthalpy on mixing the molten intermetallic compounds GaSb, InSb and AlSb with liquid tin in the entire concentration range from 0 to 100% Sn was determined. Furthermore, in the InSb-Sn system the temperature dependence of the δ(ΔH) values was measured. It could be shown that the concentration dependence of the δ(ΔH) values, which are positive over the whole concentration range, is in close accordance with the regular solution behaviour in the AlSb-Sn system, whilst GaSb-Sn melts — as well as InSb-Sn melts at above 850 K — have negative δ(ΔH) values at low tin contents and positive δ(ΔH) values at high tin concentrations. We succeeded in describing the concentration dependence of the δ(ΔH) values of InSb-Sn melts using a simple association model." @default.
