- W2023683485 abstract "SummaryThe fine structure of the detrusor muscle of the pig and the rabbit was evaluated in the EM after perfusion fixation in the relaxed and in the contracted state determined by infusion of the fixation solution in different volumes into the bladder lumen. The relaxed muscle cell was long and narrow with smooth cytoplasmic and nuclear contours. Glycogen particles were observed in a large number in the cytoplasm mainly near the pole of the nucleus. The contracted cell was shortened and widened with invaginations and out-pouchings of the plasma membrane and the nuclear envelope. The cytoplasm appeared with more spread and apparently fewer glycogen particles than in the relaxed cell. In both states myofilaments of different diameter were observed. Dense bodies were scattered throughout the cytoplasm and the plasma membrane occurred with high submembranous density except in areas with locations of caveolae.ZusammenfassungDie Feinstruktur des in vivo fixierten entspannten und kontrahierten M. detrusor von Schwein und KaninchenDie Feinstruktur des M. detrusor von Schwein und Kaninchen wurde elektronenmikroskopisch nach Perfusionsfixierung untersucht; zuvor waren Erschlaffungs- und Kontraktionszustande durch unterschiedliche Fullung der Harnblase mittels der Fixierlosung hergestellt worden. Die entspannte Muskel-zelle war lang und schmal und zeigte glatte zytoplasmatische und nukleare Konturen. Das Zytoplasma wies besonders in Kernpolnahe zahlreiche Glyko-genpartikel auf. Die kontrahierte Zelle war verkurzt und verdickt; sie zeigte Ein- und Ausstulpungen der Plasmamembran und der Kernhulle. Ihr Zytoplasma enthielt diffuser verteilte und offensichtlich weniger Glykogenpartikel als das der entspannten Zelle. In beiden Fallen wurden Myofilamente mit unterschiedlichem Durdimesser angetroffen. Dense bodies lagen verstreut im Zytoplasma. La cellule contractee etait raccourcie et elargie avec des invaginations et des saillies des membranes plasmatique et nucleaire. Para determinar la estructura fina del musculo relajado, se fijoeste mediante la perfusion, mientras que para el musculo contraido se infundio el liquido fijador al interior de la vejiga en cantidades variables. La celula muscular relajada, se presento bien alargada y con contornos lisos, tanto cytoplasmaticos como nucleares. En el citoplasma, especialmente hacia los extremos del nucleo, se encontraron particulas de glucogeno en cantidades grandes. La ceUula contraida fue mas corta y gruesa, mostrando evaginaciones e invaginaciones de la membrana plasmatica y de la envoltura nuclear. Las particulas de glucogeno se encontraron en menor cantidad y de una distribucion mas difusa, que en la celula relajada. En ambos casos, se observaron miofilamentos de diametro variable. Corpusculos electronicamente densos, se encontraron difundidos en el citoplasma y la membrana plasmatica demostro una elevada densidad submembranosa, a ex-cepcion de los sitios donde se encontraron caveolas." @default.
