- W2023711202 abstract "日本には，労働者数50人以上の事業場に産業医を選任する法令上の義務があり，2010年の選任率は87.0％とされる．1938年に旧工場法の省令が「工場医」を規定し，1947年に労働基準法の省令が「医師である衛生管理者」を規定し，1972年に労働安全衛生法が「産業医」を規定し，1996年に産業医学の研修受講が選任要件となった．労働衛生の歴史上，当初，工場労働者の傷病の治療と感染症の予防で医師が必要とされた．その後，健康診断等の健康管理及び作業環境測定等の衛生管理の手法が開発され，局所排気装置や労働衛生保護具等の対策が普及し，医師以外の労働衛生の専門職が制度化され，産業医と事業者との関係が法令で明確に規定された．現在，日本医師会と産業医科大学は産業医を養成し，日本産業衛生学会は専門医制度を確立した．産業医の専門性向上，労働衛生の専門職の活用，小規模事業場の産業保健活動，リスクアセスメントの推進，複雑化した法令の体系化等が課題である．" @default.
