The Pt/Al2O3 catalyst prepared by the solvothermal method provided higher N2 selectivity than that by the impregnation one. The characterization based on XRD and TEM revealed that the Pt metal particles well grew on the Al2O3 support when using the solvothermal method. Temperature programmed hydrogen desorption (H2-TPD) showed that the Pt/Al2O3 catalyst prepared by the solvothermal method adsorbed hydrogen more strongly than that by the impregnation one, which corresponded to the high hydrogenation ability toward NOx." @default.
