Excitation functions, ensuremath{gamma}-ensuremath{gamma}-t coincidences, angular distributions, and DCOQ ratios were measured. A level scheme has been constructed and various bands have been identified with characteristics similar to those in other Aensuremath{approxeq}100 nuclei. Total Routhian surface calculations predict prolate axially symmetric shapes with collective and noncolllective character and satisfactorily account for most of the experimental results." @default.
