- W2024202299 abstract "The behaviour of ClAlPc thin film gas sensors is studied in the presence of NO/sub 2/ and O/sub 2/. The change in the dark conductivity of ClAlPc thin films on exposure to NO/sub 2/ at several different temperatures is investigated. In particular, the temperature of maximum sensitivity (T/sub max/) and the minimum temperature for good reversibility (T/sub min/) of ClAlPc thin films has been determined and related to gas sensor applications. Sensitivity (s) of ClAlPc to NO/sub 2/ is also measured at several different temperatures. It is found that by increasing temperature the sensitivity decreases, but reversibility is greatly enhanced." @default.
