Bulk heterojunction solar cells with an ITO/PEDOT/polymer:PC71BM/LiF/Al configuration were fabricated, which shows open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current density, fill factor, and power conversion efficiency of 0.76 V, 4.01 mA/cm2, 0.35, and 1.07% under AM 1.5 irradiation (100 mW/cm2), respectively." @default.
