Invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast is an angiogenesis dependent tumour in order to growth and metastatize. We have correlate tumoral vascular density and the different prognostic factors with immunohistochemical expression. We have calculated the tumoral vascular density in the best hot spot using a 400 x microscopic field and settling immunohistochemically the estrogen receptors, p53 and c-erb2 expression in each of the 165 patients with invasive ductal carcinoma. We have not demonstrated significant correlation between estrogen receptor, p53 and c-erb2 expression and the vascular density in the invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast." @default.
