It is shown that the spectra obtained from these particles are of sufficient quality to provide chemical information concerning the nature of the surface. Silicon is found to be present in the surface of the pyrocarbon layer deposited on the fuel particles. Une technique expérimentale est décrite qui permet d'obtenir des spectres de photoélectrons de rayons X (X-pe) de petits échantillons d'une surface de ~ 1 mm2 (dans ce cas une particule de combustible HTR) en utilisant un spectromètre AEI ES 300. On montre que les spectres obtenus à partir de ces particules sont de qualité suffisante pour fournir une information chimique concernant la nature de la surface. Le silicium s'est révélé être présent à la surface de la couche de pyrocarbone déposée sur les particules du combustible. Es wird eine experimentelle Methode beschrieben, nach der mit Hilfe eines AEI-ES 300-Spektrometers Röntgen-Photoelektronenspektren von kleinen Proben mit einer Oberfläche von etwa 1 mm2 (in diesem Fall ein HTR-Brennstoffteilchen) gewonnen werden können. Es wird gezeigt, dass die von diesen Teilchen erhaltenen Spektren von ausreichender Qualität sind, um chemische Informationen hinsichtlich der Natur der Oberfläche zu erhalten. Silicium wird an der Oberfläche der Pyrokohlenstoffschicht, die auf den Brennstoffteilchen abgeschieden wird, nachgewiesen." @default.
