- W2032073313 abstract "Resume L’anastomose portosystemique transhepatique (APSP) a ete developpee dans les annees 1980 pour le traitement des complications de l’hypertension portale. Ces complications concernent la rupture de varices gastro-œsophagiennes avec hemorragie digestive, le controle de l’ascite refractaire chez les patients cirrhotiques essentiellement. D’autres applications sont intervenues plus recemment : le traitement de l’hydrothorax, du syndrome hepatorenal, du syndrome de Budd-Chiari. L’APSP parait donner des resultats satisfaisants, notamment en cas de recidive apres echec d’une sclerotherapie pour le traitement des varices œsophagiennes, et en cas d’ascite refractaire, notamment chez les patients en attente de transplantation hepatique. Les complications sont neanmoins possibles et concernent la survenue d’une encephalopathie, voire l’occlusion et la thrombose du stent . L’utilisation de protheses couvertes devrait permettre d’ameliorer la permeabilite a moyen terme de cette anastomose portocave transhepatique." @default.
