Das noch reaktionsfreudigere Isopropoxy-N,N,N′,N′,N″,N″-hexamethylmethan-triamin (4c) überführt auch schwach CH2-acide Verbindungen wie Nitrile, Ester und Amide in die Vinylidendiamine 23a - f, 25a - c, 27a - c. Die Verbindung 4c setzt sich mit primären Carbon-säureamiden zu den 2-Acyl-1,1,3,3-tetramethylguanidinen 37a - g um. Ein Mechanismus für die Kondensationsreaktionen der Verbindungen 1c, 2c und 4 mit CH2- und NH2-aciden Verbindungen wird diskutiert. Orthoamides, XXXI. — Reactions of Carbonic Ortho Amide Derivatives with CH2- and NH2-acidic Compounds Triisopropyl-N,N-dimethylorthocarbamate (1c) and N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylurea diisopropyl acetal (2c) have been prepared. 1c and 2c react with CH2-acidic compounds to form 1-alkoxyvinylamines 9a, b and vinylidenediamine 16, respectively, with 2c reacting more readily than 1b. Still more reactive than 2c is isopropoxy-N,N,N′,N′,N″,N″-hexamethylmethanetriamine (4c); even weak CH2-acidic compounds such as nitriles, esters, and tertiary amides are converted by 4c into vinylidenediamines 23a - f, 25a - c, 27a - c. Primary carboxamides react with 4c to yield 2-acyl-1,1,3,3-tetramethyl guanidines 37a - g. A mechanism for the condensation reactions between 1c, 2c, 4 and CH2- or NH2-acidic compounds, respectively, is suggested." @default.
