• W2033068913 abstract "目的：都市部在住高齢女性における尿失禁の頻度，1回尿失禁量，尿失禁のタイプに関連する要因を明らかにする．方法：2006年度に70歳以上の高齢女性を対象に実施した包括的健診に参加した957名を対象者とした．個別面接法により尿失禁の有無，尿失禁の頻度，尿失禁量，尿失禁場面，尿失禁の影響，健康度自己評価，既往歴などを調査した．また，筋力，歩行速度，バランス能力を測定した．尿失禁頻度の高低，1回尿失禁量の多少，尿失禁タイプに分けて，群間の体力，排尿回数，運動習慣，既往歴などを比較した．尿失禁の頻度，1回尿失禁量，健康度自己評価に関連する要因を抽出するために，多重ロジスティック回帰分析を行った．結果：尿失禁頻度が高い群，1回尿失禁量が多い群で歩行速度，バランス能力，健康度自己評価が低下し，BMIは高かった．切迫性および混合性尿失禁群で，尿失禁の頻度が高く，1回尿失禁量が多い者の割合が多かった．尿失禁の頻度は，健康度自己評価(Odds Ratio(OR）=0.49, 95%Confidence Intervals(CI）=0.26∼0.92），切迫性尿失禁(OR=2.04, 95%CI=1.04∼4.06），混合性尿失禁(OR=4.07, 95%CI=1.94∼8.70），BMI(OR=1.10, 95%CI=1.01∼1.21），昼間排尿回数(OR=1.25, 95%CI=1.10∼1.44），最大歩行速度(OR=0.25, 95%CI=0.08∼0.71）に関連し，1回尿失禁量とは，切迫性尿失禁(OR=2.27, 95%CI=1.08∼4.91），混合性尿失禁(OR=3.02, 95%CI=1.33∼6.98）が関連していた．一方，健康度自己評価には，尿失禁の頻度(OR=2.18, 95%CI=1.28∼3.68），切迫性尿失禁(OR=2.28, 95%CI=1.30∼4.06）が有意に関連した．結論：体力，健康度自己評価の低下には，尿失禁の頻度，切迫性尿失禁が関連していた．尿失禁を予防するためには，太らないようにして，歩行機能を低下させないような日々の訓練が重要であることが示唆された．" @default.
