- W2034157293 abstract "Coupled grain boundary sliding and migration of aluminium 〈110〉 Σ11 coincidence boundaries, which deviated slightly from the ideal symmetric tilt coincidence relationship, were investigated. The grain boundary sliding and migration occurred in fixed ratios. The migration (M) to sliding (S) ratio (M/S) varied depending on the kind and the amount of the deviation. A twist deviation from the ideal symmetric coincidence relationship had no effect on the M/S value. The coupled sliding-migration behavior was well explained by two kinds of grain boundary DSC dislocation motion, namely, the motion of DSC dislocations along the grain boundary and the motion of DSC dislocations normal to the grain boundary due to the grain boundary migration. On étudie, dans l'aluminium, le glissement intergranulaire et la migration couplés de joints de coïncidence 〈110〉Σ11, qui dévient légèrement de la relation idéale de flexion symétrique. Le glissement et la migration des joints de grains se produisent dans une proportion fixe. Le rapport migration sur glissement (M/G) varie suivant le type et la valeur de la déviation. Une déviation de torsion à partir de la relation idéale symétrique de coïncidence n'a pas d'effet sur la valeur de M/G. Le comportement de la migration et du glissement couplés est bien expliqué par deux types de mouvement des dislocations DSC du joints de grains, plus précisément, le mouvement des dislocations DSC le long du joint de grains et celui des dislocations DSC normalement au joint de grains par suite de la migration de celui-ci. Die kombinierte Korngrenzgleitung und -wanderung von 〈110〉Σ11 Koinzidenz-Korngrenzen in Aluminium, die jedoch leicht von der ideal-symmetrischen Kipp-Koinzidenzlage abweichen, wird untersucht. Die Anteile dieser kombinierten Bewegung stehen im festen Verhältnis. Das Verhältnis von Wanderung zu Gleitung variiert je nach dem Betrag der Abweicheng von der Ideallage der Korngrenze. Eine Drillabweichung beeinfluβt das Verhältnis nicht. Die kombinierte Bewegung der Korngrenze kann sehr gut mit zwei Bewegungsarten von DSC-Korngrenzversetzungen erklärt werden, nämlich ihrer Bewegung in und senkrecht zur Korngrenze, hervorgerufen von der Wanderung der Korngrenze." @default.
