The performance and properties of nanostructured ZnO and ZnO: TiO <sub xmlns:mml=http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML xmlns:xlink=http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink>2</sub> thin films at different thickness were investigated. The effect of thickness on the electrical properties and optical properties have been characterized by using 2-point probe KEITHLEY 2400 source meter and UV-Vis spectrophotometer respectively. From the current-voltage measurement it shows the conductivity of nanocomposite ZnO: TiO <sub xmlns:mml=http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML xmlns:xlink=http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink>2</sub> thin films were higher compare to nanostructure ZnO thin films. The optical properties show the band gap for nanocomposite ZnO: TiO <sub xmlns:mml=http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML xmlns:xlink=http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink>2</sub> decreases as the thickness increase." @default.
