- W2034219377 abstract "The synthesis of pure bismuth molybdates (α, β and γ phases) using a novel method — spray drying — has been studied and successfully applied. It is shown that it is possible to control the synthesis of mixtures of different bismuth molybdates using spray drying. The influence of the relative molar ratio of bismuth to molybdenum constituents on the formation of different bismuth molybdate phases has been investigated. Starting from spray-dried precursors, thermal details of the phase diagram of the Bi2O3-MoO3 system can be accurately reproduced and very pure phases can be easily obtained. Spray-drying is compared to conventional precipitation and solid-state reaction and the obtained products were characterized by XRD, IR, Raman, SEM, BET and DTA. On a étudié et appliqué avec succès la synthèse de molybdates de bismuth purs (phases α, β et γ) avec une nouvelle méthode, le séchage par atomisation. On montre qu'il est possible de contrôler la synthèse de mélanges de différents molybdates de bismuth par le séchage par atomisation. On a étudié l'influence du rapport molaire relatif entre le bismuth et les constituants de molybdène sur la formation de différentes phases de molybdate de bismuth. À partir des précurseurs séchés par atomisation, les détails thermiques du diagramme de phase du système Bi2O3-MoO3 peuvent être reproduits avec précision et des phases très pures peuvent facilement être obtenues. Le séchage par atomisation est comparé à la précipitation classique et à la réaction à l'état solide, et les produits obtenus sont caractérisés par XRD, IR, Raman, SEM, BET et DTA." @default.
