- W2034693758 abstract "Abstract Carbon-13 NMR data are reported for aqueous solutions of aluminium perchlorate in organic solvents containing an X0 solvating double bond, where X is C (in amides) or P (in trialkylphosphates or phosphonates and in dialkyl hydrogen phosphites). Separate signals may be observed for solvent molecules, free or bound to Al 3+ cation in the first solvation shell, from carbonyl (α) or from methyl or methylene groups α ( b ) or β ( c ) with respect to X. In contrast with proton or phosphorus NMR, solvation may bring forth either a downfield (case c ) or upfield (cases a and b ) shift. Typical examples are the various methyl substituents of methyldimethylphosphonates (DMMP) and of N -methylacetamide (NMA): shifts are upfield for (O)P 13 C H 3 (DMMP) or (O) C 13 C H 13 (NMA), downfield for (O)PO 13 C H 3 (DMMP) or N 13 C H 3 ." @default.
