We found that the PL decay dynamics are well explained using a simple model that includes nonradiative single-carrier trapping, radiative bimolecular recombination, and nonradiative Auger recombination processes. In highly photoexcited ${text{SrTiO}}_{3}$ and heavily electron-doped ${text{SrTiO}}_{3}$, the rapid Auger recombination of the polarons determines the PL properties." @default.
