RÉSUMÉ Spina bifida et parents Cette étude rapporte les perturbations sociales et émotives des parents à la suite de la naissance d'un enfant avec spina bifida. Elle souligne la nécessité de compréhension et de support professionnels, particulièrement au niveau du conseil génétique, des avis contraceptifs et de l'aide sociale. La qualité de la relation avec les parents durant les premiers jours est soulignée et il est recommandé que chaque équipe clinique puisse bénéficier de l'aide d'un travailleur social médical et ultérieurement d'un pédiatre de famille. ZUSAMMENFASSUNG Spina bifida und die Eltern Diese Studie berichtet uber die emotionellen und sozialen Belastungen von Eltern nach der Geburt eines Kindes mit Spina bifida cystica. Sie unterstreicht das Bedürfnis nach professionellem Verständnis und Unterstützung, besonders auf den Gebieten der genetischen Beratung, der empfängnisverhütenden Beratung und der sozialen Fürsorge. Die Wichtigkeit einer geschickten Behandlung der Eltern während der ersten Tage wird betont, und es wird empfohlen, daß jedes klinische Team durch die Erfahrungen eines medizinischen Sozialarbeiters und schließlich eines Gemeinde-Paediaters unterstützt werden sollte. RESUMEN Spina bifida y los padres Este estudio hace referencia a la diflcultad emocional y social de los padres ante el nacimiento de un niño con spina bifida quística. Subraya la necesidad de una comprensión y ayuda profesionales especialmente en los campos del consejo genético, el consejo contraceptive y el problema social. Se pone de relieve la importancia de la habilidad para tratar con los padres en los primeros dias y se recomienda que cada equipo clinico sea reforzado por la habilidad de un asistente social médico y en último término de un pediatra." @default.
