Unfortunately, they have incorrectly summarized our reported findings. 1 Our investigation was restricted to 519 women employed as office workers, in contrast to the 827 subjects analyzed by Schnorr et al, which included both office workers and non—office workers. Chest pain symptomatology was classified by the London School of Hygiene Rose angina questionnaire. 2 We reported a twofold greater prevalence of angina among VDT users compared with nonusers (15.2% vs 7.7% [P =.01]), with VDT users defined as those using the VDT during half or more of their workday.
