- W2039015142 abstract "Abstract The phase formation of the TeO 2 -AIN system is studied by changing the composition and temperature. The TeO 2 content is varied in the 0–100 mol.% concentration range and thermal treatment of the batches at 500, 600, 700, 800 and 900 °C is carried out. It is established that as a result of chemical reaction into the TeO 2 -AIN system a new phase, i.e. TeALON with a ratio of 2TeO 2 :AIN, is obtained. The phase is stable up to 700 °C and beyond that it decomposes to TeO 2 and AIN. At about 550 °C and high AIN content an oxidation of AIN to Al 2 O 3 takes place and the system becomes three component." @default.
