Data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed by using descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis, chi-square and Friedman test was done to establish the relationship between various HRM practices and employees' job performance. Data was presented in the form of tables. Based on the findings, job design, supervisory support and work environment are having a positive and significant relationship with employees' job performance and training and development, motivation and compensation are not having a significant relationship with employees' job performance.
