- W2039177715 abstract "本研究の目的は，健常女性53名を対象に，身長や体重，下肢筋力，足趾や足部の形態及び柔軟性を測定し，足把持力に影響を及ぼす因子を抽出すること，さらに，抽出した因子を基に足把持力の予測を行うことである。足把持力に影響を及ぼす因子として抽出された項目は，足部柔軟性，足部アーチ高率，体重であった。これら3つの変数より作成される足把持力の予測式は，「足把持力＝－6.265＋0.795×足部柔軟性＋0.320×足部アーチ高率＋0.111×体重」であった。この回帰式の重相関係数は0.78（ p＜0.0001）であり，足把持力の予測式として有意な相関を得た。さらに，新たに測定した健常女性26名の予測式から得られる足把持力の予測値と実測値との相関係数は0.82（ p＜0.0001）であり，足部柔軟性，足部アーチ高率，体重の3つの因子を足把持力の予測に用いることの妥当性が示唆された。" @default.
