Generally speaking, an introductory process of information system starts with an original planning, which extends to a preparation for “Requirement for Proposal” and testing and finally actual system installation and software maintenance. When the system comes to be installed and software maintenance starts to take hold, the users will often make amend if it has a trouble or calls for an additional function. Although rare, the system must be completely rebuilt. Restructuring the entire system often results because of the reparation of bugs and other system wide significant troubles. In recent years, the system repatriation more often costs more than that of the development of software. In addition, an engineer would be too involved in system maintenance and reparation to initiate a new project. Consequently, the person will miss a new business opportunity for the company. One of the major objectives of this paper is first to focus on the timing of replacing an engineer. The paper will propose the best or optimal timing to change maintenance personnel as to facilitate and provide the materials for further discussion." @default.
