• W2040631750 abstract "본 연구의 목적은 박물관 서비스 품질 척도와 박물관 관람동기 요인이 만족도, 행동의도에 각각 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 PZB의 SERVQUAL모형을 박물관에 맞는 척도로 재구성하였으며 박물관 방문동기의 경우에는 손일화(2009)의 연구를 참고하였다. 설문은 230개의 설문지 중에서 214개의 설문지를 이용하여 분석하였으며 각 설문은 국립중앙박물관을 한 번이라도 관람해 본 경험이 있는 사람을 대상으로 2013년 5월부터는 국립중앙박물관을 방문해 본 사람들을 대상으로 예비설문을 실시하였다. 요인분석을 통해 박물관에 맞는 서비스 품질 척도를 도출하고자 하였다. 그 후 2013년 7월 29일부터 2013년 8월 23일까지 본 설문조사를 진행하였으며 온라인과 오프라인을 통한 설문을 실시하였다. SPSS 20.0을 통해 인구통계적인 빈도분석을 실시하였으며 본 논문의 신뢰성을 확보하기 위해 cronbach <TEX>${alpha}$</TEX> 값을 알아보고자 하였으며 각 요인들 간의 타당성과 신뢰성을 확보하기 위해 AMOS를 통해 연구모형의 적합도와 경로계수의 적합성에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 결과 전시 서비스 품질 척도의 경우 만족도에는 유의한 영향을 끼쳤다. 또한 방문동기의 경우에는 만족도에 일부 유의한 영향을 끼쳤으며 만족도는 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 끼쳤다. The purpose of the study is to find factors to measure Museum Service Quality (SERVQUAL) and Visitors' motivation. The survey was analyzed with 214 questionnaires out of 230 ones and it was conducted by those who have once visited the National Museum of Korea. Pre-test was conducted from May, 2013. Deriving adequate Service Quality Measures in Museum, factor analysis was applied. From 29th of July 2013 to 23rd of August 2013, surveys were conducted through online and off-line. Using the SPSS 20.0 statistics, Population analysis was applied frequently. In order to ensure the reliability, cronbach <TEX>${alpha}$</TEX> value was evaluated. Fit of the research model and the suitability of the path coefficients were evaluated through AMOS to ensure the validity and reliability. As a result, in terms of Analysis on Service Quality, it influenced significantly on the degree of satisfaction. Visitors' motivation also had partial influence on the degree of satisfaction. Moreover, Behavioral Intentions were also influenced by the degree of satisfaction." @default.
