- W2041254278 abstract "Abstract The M1 and M3 properties of several p-n asymmetric states (1 1 + , 2 1 + , 3 1 + , 3 γ + , 2 3 + , 3 3 + ) are studied within the generalized coherent state model (GCSM). Thus the B (M k ↑) values ( k = 1, 3) and M3 form factor characterizing the excitation process from the ground band states 0 g + and 2 g + to the above-mentioned asymmetric states are extensively investigated. The gyro and octupole magnetic g -factors are also calculated. The predictions are compared with the existent data as well as with the other theoretical results. The agreement with experiment is good. According to our numerical analyses the most suitable nuclei for M3 excitation experiment are 238 U and 174 Yb." @default.
