• W2045221428 abstract "Zusammenfassung Veränderungen der Plasmakonzentrationen von luteinisierendem Hormon nach Stimulation mit kleinen Pulsen von Luteinisierungs‐Hormon‐freisetzendem Hormon (LHRH) bei pubertären Ratten Die Wirkung kleiner Stimulationspulse von LHRH auf die LH Freisetzung wurde an weiblichen Ratten im Alter von 26, 31 und 36 Tagen studiert. Durch einen Jugularvenenkatheter wurde LHRH (20 ng/100 gr Körpergewicht) urethananästhesierten Tieren zwölfmal in 20‐minütigen Abständen gegeben. Anstelle von LHRH wurde Kochsalzlösung an Kontrolltiere appliziert. Blutproben wurden zum Zeitpunkt 0 und 20, 60, 80, 120, 140, 180, 200 und 240 Minuten nach der Erstinjektion von LHRH oder Kochsalz vorgenommen. Die Plasmakonzentrationen von LH wurden in Zweifachbestimmung aus jeweils 100 μl Plasma mittels eines Radioimmunoassays bestimmt, dessen Material vom NIDDK, USA, stammte. Die zum jeweiligen Zeitpunkt bestimmten Plasma‐LH‐Konzentrationen wurden ebenso wie die Anstiegsgröße des LHs und die Fläche unter der Kurve mittels Varianzanalyse für wiederholte Messungen und Newman‐Keul‐Test verglichen. Die Pulsstimulation mit Kochsalz veränderte in keiner Weise die Plasma‐LH‐Spiegel. LHRH‐Pulse riefen Anstiege in den Plasma‐LH‐Konzentrationen hervor, die sich signifikant von den Ausgangswerten nach 6 Pulsstimulationen bei 26‐tägigen Ratten und nach 10 Pulsstimulationen bei 31‐ und 36‐tägigen Ratten unterschieden. Maximalkonzentrationen von LH wurden nach 12 Pulsen beobachtet: 1713 ± 335, 1315 ± 363, und 1443 ±311 ng/ml. Diese Werte waren denen erwachsener Ratten während des Nachmittages des Proöstrus vergleichbar. Die Anstiegsamplitude der Plasma‐LH‐Konzentrationen wie auch die Fläche unter der Antwortkurve war bei 36‐tägigen Tieren kleiner. Diese Ergebnisse legen nahe, daß der Anstieg der LHRH‐Pulsationsfrequenz auch bei pubertären Ratten einen ähnlichen LH‐Anstieg wie bei erwachsenen Ratten erzeugen kann." @default.
