- W2046103626 abstract "IgGの新規精製用リガンドの開発を目的に，ペプチドアレイを用いてIgG–Fc高結合ペプチドの探索を行った．ミルクタンパク質全網羅ペプチドアレイにアレルギー患者の血清を反応させることで，陽性患者にも陰性患者にも結合しやすいミルクタンパク質由来の結合領域を見出した．さらにセルロースメンブレン型ペプチドアレイを用いて，結合配列を探索することで，LLRLKKYKというアミノ酸8残基からなるオクタマーの配列が，Mouse IgGに対して非常に強く結合することがわかった．この配列はIgAには弱いことからIgG–Fc特異的結合配列であることが示唆された．さらに，このペプチドを用いて，アフィニティカラムを作製したところ，IgG–Fcの精製が可能であることがわかった．" @default.
