The in situ experiments have produced direct evidence for the existence of the interfacial reaction control of the precipitation reaction in oxygen containing alloys. In addition the kinetics of the precipitation and dissolution of Fe 16 N 2 are are shown to be consistent with reaction mechanisms involving the interfacial adsorption of oxygen and phosphorus impurities. On a étudié les cinétiques de précipitation et de dissolution de Fe 16 N 2 dans des lames minces d'un alliage Fe—0,05% N en poids, contenant des quantités connues d'oxygène et de phosphore. Les expériences in situ ont montré directement que la réaction de précipitation, dans les alliages contenant de l'oxygène, est contrôlée par une réaction à l'interface. On montre de plus que les cinétiques de précipitation et de dissolution de Fe 16 N 2 peuvent s'expliques par des mécanismes d'absorption des impuretés oxygène et phosphore aux interfaces. Die Kinetik der Entstehung und Auflösung von Fe 16 N 2 -Aussehcidungen wurde in dünnen Fe-0, 05 Gew.% N-Legierungen mit bekanntem Sauerstoff- und Phosphorgehalt untersucht. Die in situ -Beobachtungen liefern direkte Evidenz dafür, daβ die Ausscheidungsreaktion in sauerstoffhaltigen Legierungen von der Grenzflächenreaktion kontrolliert wird. Auβerdem wird gezeigt, daβ Ausscheidung und Auflösung von Fe 16 N 2 konsistent sind mit Reaktionsmechanismen, bei denen Adsorption von Sauerstoffund Phosphorverunreinigungen stattfindet." @default.
