- W2046973103 abstract "RS ウイルス（Respiratory Syncytial Virus：RSV）の検出とサブグループ型別を目的とするReal-time RTPCR 法を開発した．RSV のF 遺伝子を標的配列として選択し，プライマーとTaqMan MGB プローブを新たに設計した．RSV サブグループA（RSV-A）およびB（RSV-B）（コントロールプラスミド）ともに2.5× 101 から2.5×107 copies/tube の範囲でRSV 遺伝子の定量が可能であった．Real-time RT-PCR 法の検出限界は，Conventional RT-PCR 法と比べて10 倍から100 倍高く，Nested PCR 法と同等であることが確認され，他の呼吸器系ウイルス（インフルエンザウイルス，メタニューモウイルス，麻疹ウイルス，コクサッキーウイルス，エンテロウイルス，エコーウイルス，ムンプスウイルス，パラインフルエンザウイルス，およびライノウイルス）との交差反応は認められなかった． 急性呼吸器症状を呈する患者から採取された154 検体についてReal-time RT-PCR 法によりRSV の検出を行った結果，40 検体からRSV 遺伝子が検出された．また，Real-time RT-PCR 法で陽性となった40 検体のうち，25 検体がRSV-A，15 検体がRSV-B であり，Nested PCR 法によるサブグループ型別の結果と一致した． 以上の結果から，今回開発したReal-time RT-PCR 法は，RSV 遺伝子の検出定量と同時にサブグループの型別も可能であり，RSV の遺伝子診断に有用であると考えられた．" @default.
