Clotrimazol (100 mg/Ovulum) hatte eine auffallende Wirkung gegen Bakterien, und zwar sowohl auf die physiologischen als audi auf die aphysiologischen Keime. Einen Tag nach Beendigung der Behandlung waren nur ganz vereinzelt Bakterien nachzu-weisen. Hingegen fanden wir in der Regel 7 Tage nach der Therapie die Bakterien so zahlreich wie vor der Behandlung. In zwei Fällen beobachteten wir eine Verbesserung der physiologischen Verhältnisse, in zwei weiteren entwickelte sich eine aphysiologische Flora, und bei einer Patientin ergaben sich keine Unterschiede vor und nach der Behandlung. Nur in einem Fall heilte die Vaginalmykose nicht ab. Torulopsis glabrata wurde weiterhin, wenn audi mit geringerer Keimzahl, kulturell nachgewiesen. Die Miconazol-Behandlung (50 mg/Ovulum) zeigte keinen Effekt auf die vorhan-dene Bakterienflora. Bei einer Antimykotikakonzentration von 50 mg/Ovulum war der Behandlungserfolg nidit überzeugend. In vier Fällen wurde der jeweilige Sproßpilz wieder angezüdhtet. Unter Nystatin heilten alle fünf Vaginalmykosen ab. Am 6. Behandlungstag fanden wir eine geringe Dezimierung der vorhandenen Bakterien. Eine Verschiebung der vor-liegenden Bakterienflora in eine physiologische oder aphysiologische Riditung wurde nicht beobachtet. Summary: Five female patients with a yeast vaginitis were treated with clotrimazole, miconazole or nystatin respectively. Clotrimazole (100 mg/ovulum) showed a remarkable effect on bacteria of physiological forms as well as on aphysiological germs. One day after treatment we found bacteria only sporadically. As a rule, seven days after therapy we saw bacteria as numerous as before treatment. In two cases we observed an improvement of the physiological conditions, in two other cases an aphysiological flora had developed and in one patient no differences were found before and after treatment. Only in one case the vaginal mycosis was not cured. In this case Torulopsis glabrata was cultured but with a reduced number of germs. The miconazole treatment (50 mg/ovulum) showed no effect on the present bacterial flora. The success of the antimycotic therapy was low with a miconazole concentration of 50 mg per ovulum. In four of five cases treated we cultured the same yeast which we had found before treatment. The five cases of vaginal mycosis treated with nystatin were cured. After a six days therapy we saw a small reduction of the number of bacteria but we could not observe any change of the bacterial flora present, either in the direction to a physiological or to an aphysiological composition." @default.
