Guanxi gradient is a cultural variable describing the decay of attitude considering different degree of interpersonal intimacy. A questionnaire measuring the attitude change is designed in the study. The questionnaire includes three parts which are basic perception, situational response and open questions. The objective of these questions is to find out how the operations of CRM were affected by the different degree of intimacy.
