The elastic constants were determined from the low-frequency part of the spectra. No pronounced softening of the elastic shear constants towards the martensitic phase transformation could be observed within the accuracy of the measurement. The high-frequency part of the neutron spectra was analyzed in terms of Born--von K'arm'an models and pseudopotential models. Even though pronounced phonon anomalies are absent in both phases, the results show that a simple pseudopotential picture is inadequate." @default.
