- W2049486176 abstract "目的：教室で経験した結腸癌に対する用手補助腹腔鏡下大腸切除術（HALC）の手術成績を二期に分けて比較した．方法：対象症例150例を前後期，各75例に二分し，患者背景，手術所見，病理所見，術後経過を比較した．結果：後期では前期と比較して術前状態が不良な例もHALCの適応に含め（P=0.031），stage II，IIIの進行癌で高頻度に手術が行われていた（P=0.041）．経口摂取の開始は後期では前期より早期に行われ（P=0.009），術後入院期間も短期間であった（P=0.014）．手術時間，出血量，術後合併症の頻度は両群間に有意の差は認められなかった．結論：後期では手術適応を広げてHALCが行われたが，前期と比較して特に術後回復で成績が良好であった．今後，長期成績の結果が待たれる．" @default.
