- W2050280214 abstract "Summary Near Eglharting in 1963, adult males of Lymantria monacha were attracted to females which had been placed in traps. No males were attracted by GYPLURE, a synthetic sex attractant. In contrast to this, males of L. dispar were attracted by G yplure in a test conducted near Staffelstein. It is apparent that GYPLURE is specifically attractive to male gypsy moths, in contrast to the natural gypsy moth sex attractant, which also attracts male nun moths (G örnitz 1949). @default.
