- W2050409377 abstract "REML法による産子数の遺伝的パラメーターの推定精度について，豚系統造成規模の集団を想定して検討した。遺伝的パラメーターの推定に用いた記録は，モンテ・カルロ法によるコンピュータシミュレーションにより発生させた。基礎集団における繁殖集団の大きさは雄10頭雌50頭とした。雄1頭に雌5頭を交配し，一腹から雄1頭，雌1～3頭を育成して交配し，分娩後，無作為に50腹を選抜する世代重複のない10世代分の記録を発生させた。産子数の遺伝率は0.1とした。母数効果は世代の効果とし，各条件下で100反復の継代記録を発生させ，遺伝的パラメーターにおける推定値の平均およびその平均平方誤差の平方根（SMSE）を算出した。記録を持つ個体数が500頭未満のとき，相加的遺伝分散および遺伝率は過大推定され，環境分散は過小推定された。各遺伝的パラメーターのSMSEは記録を持つ個体数の増加とともに急激に減少し，個体数が500頭を超えるとその減少量は緩やかになった。一腹あたりの雌の育成頭数が1頭の場合，5世代以上の記録を用いた場合でも，遺伝率の推定値の約3割が0.1％未満となった。" @default.
